Companionship

Loneliness and social isolation can have a serious impact on health and wellbeing. Our companionship service pairs clients with friendly, warm carers who provide genuine human connection — through conversation, shared hobbies, outings, and activities. Whether it's a chat over a cup of tea or help getting out to a local group, we help our clients feel truly connected.

Medication Support

Managing multiple medications can be confusing and stressful. Our carers can provide prompting reminders, assist with administering medication as prescribed, and keep accurate records — giving clients and their families complete peace of mind. We work in partnership with GPs and pharmacists to ensure medication management is safe and consistent.

Meal Preparation

Good nutrition is essential for health and wellbeing. Our carers prepare fresh, nutritious meals tailored to individual tastes, dietary requirements, and cultural preferences. We make mealtimes enjoyable — sitting together, encouraging appetite, and ensuring meals are eaten safely.

Live-In Care

For those who need round-the-clock support, live-in care provides a dedicated, professional carer living in your home full-time. This is often a preferred alternative to moving into a residential care home — allowing clients to maintain their independence, stay in familiar surroundings, and receive one-to-one care tailored entirely to them.

We aim to have care in place as quickly as possible. In urgent situations, we can often arrange care within 24–48 hours. For planned care, we'll work to a timeline that suits you and your family.

Yes — every Sublime Care carer holds an enhanced DBS check before they begin working with clients. All carers are also fully insured and trained to relevant care standards.

Yes, in some cases care can be funded or part-funded through a local authority care assessment or NHS Continuing Healthcare. We can advise you on the options available and help you navigate the funding process.
